The system consists of a visual process system management platform and a numerical control equipment networking platform, which can realize visual operation guidance and process control, numerical control equipment data management and equipment status monitoring respectively. The visual process system management platform is based on product-related data, obtains the visual process guidance documents of the product through coding information or related search queries, and completes the assembly task of important parts of the high-speed rail locomotive under the guidance of its process. At the same time, the platform can implement quality control and later traceability of the locomotive assembly process. In addition, the platform also has the functions of process planning and task allocation, realizing the clear allocation of products and tasks, and reserving interfaces with PLM, ERP and other systems. The CNC equipment networking platform is mainly used for the real-time control of the CNC equipment in the entire high-speed rail production workshop and the overall proximity of the data equipment usage status, realizing the functions of CNC program management, program traceability, equipment information collection, status control, and system control.

The system provides support for solving the scientific management and control problems in discrete manufacturing, especially handicraft assembly operations, single-piece or small-batch production, which can effectively improve the readability and understanding of process documents, improve product production efficiency and quality, realize unified management of numerical control equipment, optimize the distribution of processing machine tools, and improve production capacity.
